Ringsong
Ringsong is a chill incremental idle game about waiting.
Watch the balls bounce in a ring and bounce on their own in this interactive physics simulation. Every bounce rings a note, strike every arc of the rim to progress and uncover a little more. Place pegs to nudge the balls toward the arcs they struggle to reach, then sit back and listen.
There are no timers and no way to fail. Nothing is lost when you step away.
Good things come to those who wait: Ringsong rewards patience, trust the process and take a moment for zen
Controls: Simply use your mouse to drag objects into the Ring
This is a demo: the first 40 levels of the full game
I'd love your feedback! Press the speech bubble in the top-right corner to send a note or report a bug. It goes straight to me.

Building a platform 2/3rds of the way up worked until the blue balls which were just to anemic to do anything and killed the fun. Neat concept though.
I've done 6 levels as I'm writing this and I'm already thinking of quitting. The game seems fun but waiting for the ball to hit the top most area is so boring and takes far too long. the moveable pegs doesn't help either since the bounces are very inconsistent. Please make it easier to hit to top part of the circle or make it so that the player have a better way to control where the ball is bouncing to, because so far this feel less "chill" and more "frustrating" seeing the ball getting so close to the top and not hitting it. Maybe it's just me who doesn't really understand this waiting without progression feel of the game, but I don't really like this game.
Hey thanks for playing!
The intention was to provide some anticipation but seems it might need some tweaking. Ty for your feedback, hope you'll give it another try in the next update soon
It did build anticipation the 1st or 2nd time it does it, but after that it became frustrating, and by the time it repeats it like 10+ times is when I started writing my comment. If I were to compare it to something, it would be similar to watching a downloading file reach 98-99%, an error happening, then it restarting from 0% for the next minute, building back up to 99% again, then back to 0%. at first it might be annoying, but the excitement might overwhelm the negative feel. but the longer it goes on it just frustrate me more that it won't click and just keep bouncing everywhere but the top (or the side closes to the top. the middle top is still the biggest culprit of this though since it's the farthest one away to get)
